\nContemporary dance classes – designed for 4 age groups: 4-6 years old, 6-8 years old, 8 and 10 years old, and 10-13 years old – include a process that facilitates awareness and motor competence through the stimulation of artistic research, thanks to the potential to which dance allows access, stimulating the natural creativity of the body.
\nTeachers also use the knowledge of Laban movement analysis.<\/p>\n

In classes, we will approach the release technique and floorwork. From the age of 8, we will also begin to study modern dance (specifically the basics of the Limon technique).
