Modern and contemporary dance training courses have achieved increasingly higher-level and professional development over the years, confirming themselves as a valuable tool for learning to navigate the elaborate system of modern and contemporary dance, offering study and practice opportunities with level-appropriate performances.

For children: contemporary foundation, to explore the potential of individuals and groups, the body, rhythm, space, and different qualities, teachers use the Laban movement analysis study.

For teens: contemporary 1: develops individual skills, which through the exploration of contemporary and modern dance, identify potential and svilpuppa in an organic way.

EDEN project training: a study of modern and contemporary dance divided into three pre-professional levels (techniques: release, floor, gaga, counter, horton, graham, limon, contact, improvisation, choreography, acrofloorwork study with Paolo Benedetti, and classical studies with Giovanna Garzotto) with a program that includes weekly lessons developed throughout the year, with the involvement of a staff of teachers/dancers/choreographers active on the national scene.

For professionals and dance teachers: Morning lessons and dedicated LMA internships (with Lorella Rapisarda), acrofloorwork lessons with Paolo Benedetti and Horton with Cristiano Cappello.

For Adults: modern and contemporary dance in different practices (release, floor, gaga, counter, horton, graham, limon, contact, improvisation, choreography) following a progression from beginner (for those who have never done dance and are starting, to those who have practiced in the past) to advanced. Ballet for adults with Lorienne Beals and acrofloorwork lessons with Paolo Benedetti and internships.

Online: All courses are active on Skype and/or Zoom platforms for private groups or video lessons.

In addition to the courses, there are performances, events, essays, performances, internships and workshops.
e20viventi courses promote ancient and new knowledge that allows the evolutionary development of the human being. The association has chosen to support the ancient knowledge of Qi Gong (with students of Prof. Chen Liangsheng – Eastern Culture Center of Mestre), the revolutionary and innovative A. Tomatis method (with Prof. Marie Axelle Orset). Next to these, there are the free sessions for informing and developing awareness.
